1. General

  • These Terms apply to all visitors, students, and parents using our services.

  • By booking a trial class or subscribing to a package, you agree to these Terms.

  • Learn Quran Online reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time.


2. Services Provided

  • We provide online Quran teaching through qualified Huffaz and Qaris.

  • Classes are conducted one-to-one using online platforms such as Zoom, Skype, or similar tools.

  • Lesson schedules are arranged according to student availability and tutor availability.


3. Registration & Accounts

  • Students (or parents for minors) must provide accurate details during registration.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information.

  • Misuse of the account or sharing unauthorized access may lead to suspension.


4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Payments must be made in advance for monthly or chosen packages.

  • Fees are non-refundable once classes have started, except in special cases approved by management.

  • If a student decides to discontinue, notice must be given before the next billing cycle.


5. Class Scheduling & Attendance

  • Students must be punctual and attend classes on time.

  • If you need to reschedule a class, inform your tutor at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Missed classes without prior notice will not be compensated.

  • Tutors will reschedule in case of unavoidable absence from their side.


6. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to show respect to tutors at all times.

  • Tutors are required to maintain professionalism and patience in teaching.

  • Any inappropriate behavior from either side may result in suspension or termination of services.


7. Children’s Safety

  • Parents/guardians should supervise children during online classes.

  • Learn Quran Online ensures that all tutors are verified and professional.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide the best possible Quran learning experience.

  • However, Learn Quran Online is not responsible for internet disruptions, technical issues, or third-party service failures (e.g., Zoom, Skype).

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages caused by use of our services.


9. Termination of Services

  • Learn Quran Online reserves the right to suspend or terminate any student’s classes if:

    • Fees are unpaid.

    • There is misconduct or violation of these Terms.

    • Misuse of our platform is detected.


10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of local courts.
